Lazada Canva partnership is giving Filipino micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) access to creative tools designed to help them build stronger brands and compete in the growing eCommerce market.
The partnership introduces the Lazada Seller Hub, a creative resource developed with Canva that provides sellers with ready-to-use templates for product promotions and major shopping campaigns.
Launched in August, the Seller Hub includes general templates available to Lazada sellers, along with seven campaign-specific templates for sellers participating in sale events.
Free templates for Lazada sellers
The Lazada Seller Hub is designed to address one of the challenges faced by smaller online businesses: creating professional-looking marketing materials without having dedicated designers or large marketing budgets.

Through Canva’s design tools, sellers can create visual content that can be adapted for their products and campaigns. The resource is intended to make it easier for MSMEs to promote products, communicate their brand identity and take advantage of major shopping periods.
The partnership will also expand beyond the initial templates. Lazada and Canva said additional campaign-ready templates will be introduced during future campaign periods, giving sellers new creative materials they can use throughout the year.
“Seller success is at the heart of Lazada’s business, and we know that enabling sellers means giving them more than just access to customers. It means equipping them with the right tools, knowledge and opportunities to grow,” said Alvin Ching, Head of General Operations at Lazada Philippines.
He added that making creative resources more accessible can help sellers present their products more confidently and engage shoppers more effectively.
Training that goes beyond templates
The Lazada Canva partnership is also expected to include education initiatives aimed at helping sellers develop their creative skills.
The companies are exploring training workshops, dedicated courses through Lazada University and special subscription offers as part of the broader initiative.

Lazada University already provides sellers with learning resources covering areas such as content creation, operations, order fulfillment and platform policies. Adding creative-focused courses could give MSMEs another way to strengthen the skills needed to compete online.
For small businesses, the benefit goes beyond simply producing attractive graphics. Consistent visuals can help sellers establish a recognizable identity, communicate product information clearly and create a more professional presence across their digital storefronts.
“By bringing Canva’s design capabilities together with Lazada’s seller ecosystem, we hope to give more businesses the confidence and tools to communicate their ideas, showcase their products, and grow their presence online,” said Laura Kantor, Country Manager at Canva Philippines.
Why creative tools matter for MSMEs
For Filipino MSMEs competing on eCommerce platforms, product quality is only one part of attracting customers. Sellers also need to capture attention in crowded digital marketplaces where shoppers can encounter hundreds of similar products.
Accessible design resources can help smaller businesses compete with larger sellers that may have bigger advertising and creative budgets.
The initiative also reflects the broader shift toward digitalization among Philippine MSMEs. As more entrepreneurs use online platforms to reach customers, tools covering marketing, payments, logistics and business education are becoming increasingly important.
With the Seller Hub now available and additional training initiatives being explored, the Lazada Canva partnership aims to give smaller businesses more practical resources to improve how they present themselves online.
For Filipino entrepreneurs, the opportunity is not simply about making better-looking promotional materials. It is about using accessible digital tools to build recognizable brands, connect with shoppers and turn eCommerce opportunities into sustainable business growth.
