The DITO GCash MSME payment bundle is giving Filipino entrepreneurs a more affordable way to accept digital payments while improving business connectivity.
DITO BizBayan and GCash for Business have introduced the WoWFi Optima bundle, which combines 5G internet with discounted merchant discount rates (MDR) and a payment confirmation device designed for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The new offering aims to help merchants lower operating costs, speed up transactions, and provide a smoother digital payment experience for customers as cashless adoption continues to expand across the Philippines.
Lower merchant fees and faster payment verification
Under the DITO GCash MSME payment bundle, merchants who purchase the WoWFi Optima device can enjoy a reduced 0.6% MDR for GCash e-wallet transactions, down from the standard 1.0% rate.
Card payment processing fees have also been reduced to 2.8%, making digital payments more affordable for small businesses.

The bundle also includes GCash SoundPay, a device that audibly confirms successful transactions in real time. Instead of manually checking payment screenshots on a mobile phone, merchants receive an instant voice confirmation, helping reduce queues and improve customer service.
Supporting MSMEs through digital innovation

According to DITO Chief Commercial Officer Adel Tamano, digital transformation should be practical and accessible for every Filipino entrepreneur. Meanwhile, DITO Head of MSME Gabriel Cui said the partnership enables MSMEs to serve customers more efficiently through reliable connectivity and smarter payment solutions.
Rather than holding a traditional product launch, DITO and GCash showcased the DITO GCash MSME payment bundle through an interactive marketplace where local merchants demonstrated the integrated payment and connectivity experience.
Driving digital growth for small businesses
The DITO GCash MSME payment bundle reflects the companies’ efforts to support Filipino entrepreneurs through practical digital solutions.
By combining affordable payment acceptance, reliable connectivity, and faster transaction verification, the partnership aims to equip MSMEs with tools that can improve day-to-day operations while encouraging greater participation in the country’s growing digital economy.
