Globe is taking its “Just for You” promise beyond personalized offers, rolling out new services, partnerships and experiences designed to give customers more value from their connectivity.
The latest installment of The Blueprint by Globe in August highlights how the telecommunications company is shifting its focus from simply keeping Filipinos connected to making that connection more useful, rewarding and relevant to their everyday lives.
The initiatives span customer rewards, mobile and home connectivity, digital entertainment, fitness, roaming, artificial intelligence and even sustainable transportation.
From connectivity to more personalized value
Globe’s latest Blueprint builds on two earlier events this year that explored how connectivity supports the way Filipinos work, learn, earn, move and stay connected with loved ones.
This time, Globe is looking at what comes after connectivity.

The company is placing greater emphasis on making services easier to access, providing more relevant offers and creating experiences based on what customers actually enjoy.
“Connectivity means different things at different moments for every customer,” said KD Dizon, Globe chief marketing officer. She added that the company wants to understand those moments and make the Globe experience work around them while improving the systems and applications customers depend on.
The strategy reflects a broader shift among telecommunications companies as connectivity becomes increasingly intertwined with entertainment, digital services, mobility and other parts of consumers’ daily routines.
Globe Circle connects mobile and home customers
One of the highlights is the introduction of Globe Circle, a program designed to recognize customers who use Globe for both mobile and home connectivity.
Through the program, customers can receive additional benefits, rewards and experiences based on their relationship with the brand.
The initiative gives Globe another way to move beyond individual products and instead create a more connected customer experience across its services.
Meanwhile, 917 GDay 2026, Globe’s annual customer celebration, is set to return with more rewards and surprises as the company continues to recognize its customer base.
More ways to work, play and stay connected
Globe is also expanding its digital lifestyle partnerships and connectivity offers.
Customers can expect experiences involving short-form entertainment platform ReelShort, fitness platform Strava, and Meta AI, giving them more ways to use their Globe connection around their interests.

New roaming options are also designed to provide greater flexibility for Filipinos traveling abroad, while home internet offers aim to provide additional value for customers who rely on connectivity at home.
Rather than treating connectivity as an end product, Globe is positioning it as an entry point to a broader digital lifestyle.
Putting sustainability on the road
Globe’s latest initiatives also extend beyond traditional telecommunications.
The company unveiled Green GSM, an all-electric ride-hailing service that uses VinFast electric vehicles.
The initiative provides customers with another mobility option while supporting drivers who want to participate in the transition toward electric transportation.
It also shows how Globe is exploring ways to connect its brand with emerging consumer priorities beyond mobile and internet services.
TM turns 25 with nationwide celebrations
Globe’s youth-focused brand TM is also marking its 25th anniversary with a year-long celebration centered on rewards, everyday value and community experiences.
Nationwide TeaM Fair caravans will bring games, activities and prizes closer to customers across the country.
The celebration will culminate in the TeaM Fair Concert on September 12, featuring Filipino artists Dionela and SB19.
The anniversary activities add an experiential element to TM’s customer engagement strategy, bringing the brand directly into communities rather than limiting the celebration to digital platforms.
What ‘Just for You’ looks like next
Globe’s latest Blueprint shows how the meaning of connectivity is changing.
For customers, having a reliable mobile or internet connection is increasingly just the starting point. What matters next is what that connection enables, whether it is watching entertainment, tracking a workout, using AI tools, staying connected while traveling, accessing rewards or finding more sustainable ways to move around.
By combining connectivity with partnerships, rewards and lifestyle experiences, Globe is attempting to make its services more closely aligned with how customers actually live.
The bigger strategy is clear: Globe wants connectivity to feel less like a utility and more like an experience built around the customer.
