IT consulting firm Appistoki, a channel partner of Novare Technologies, opened its Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) on Wednesday, August 26, at Novare’s headquarters in Bonifacio Global City.
The launch aims to help Philippine enterprises move past small-scale testing and integrate practical, outcome-driven “agentic AI” into daily business operations.
The new facility serves as an interactive testing ground for Agentforce, Salesforce’s platform for AI agents, alongside Data 360, its unified data engine.
Through live demos, workshops, and executive briefings, the hub demonstrates how companies can unify siloed operational data to power AI tools that handle routine customer interactions and automate backend workflows.
Initial focus on real estate

While open to all industries, the center is prioritizing real estate — a key economic driver that accounts for over 5% of the Philippines’ GDP after expanding 6.8% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026.
The CoE is showcasing tailored applications for property developers, such as automated lead tracking, personalized buyer recommendations, and AI-driven customer service.
“We wanted to create a space where organizations can experience AI in action,” said Abhijeet Kulkarni, Founder and CEO of Appistoki. “Through Agentforce, businesses will better understand how intelligent and connected customer engagement can transform industries such as real estate.”
Industry leaders target operational impact

Local enterprises are already tapping into the technology.
Roscoe M. Pineda, Chief Information Officer at Ayala Land, Inc., noted that the developer is layering AI over its existing Salesforce data infrastructure to extract clearer commercial value.
Salesforce regional leadership noted that local adoption hinges on generating tangible business results rather than running isolated trials.
“Business success in the Philippines will be defined by organizations that move beyond AI pilots to apply AI where it delivers measurable outcomes,” said Paul Carvouni, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Salesforce ASEAN.
The BGC facility expands Appistoki’s broader footprint across Southeast Asia. Headquartered in Singapore, the firm was named Salesforce ASEAN Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year in May 2026 as it continues scaling its certified engineering teams across the region.
