Artificial intelligence is no longer the biggest hurdle for many businesses. The bigger challenge is getting AI to work with the systems companies already use every day.

That is the problem enterprise software provider HashMicro hopes to address with the launch of Hashy OS, a new AI operating system designed to integrate artificial intelligence directly into day-to-day business operations.

Rather than functioning as a standalone chatbot or analytics tool, Hashy OS connects with HashMicro’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, allowing AI to work with operational data across finance, human resources, procurement, inventory, customer management, and other business functions.

The launch reflects a broader shift in enterprise technology. While many organizations have begun experimenting with AI, integrating it into existing workflows remains a challenge, particularly when different systems operate independently and employees still have to move information manually between applications.

Integrating AI into everyday operations

“Businesses today are not struggling to access AI but to make it work cohesively within their organization,” said Lusiana Lu, Chief of Business Development at HashMicro.

“When AI systems operate in silos, teams still need to interpret outputs and coordinate actions manually. Hashy OS brings together AI coworkers, enterprise knowledge, and workflows into a single platform, enabling AI to collaborate across functions and support processes from start to finish.”

According to HashMicro, Hashy OS is built around four main components.

Nexus serves as the platform’s knowledge layer, bringing together information from different business modules so AI can better understand operational context. Coworkers is designed to assist with routine business tasks, including generating reports, reconciling records, analyzing data, and coordinating follow-ups across teams.

The platform also includes Hashy Apps, which enables organizations to build AI-powered dashboards, workflows, and business applications with minimal development work, while Hashy Hub allows AI to connect with third-party applications through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Reducing complexity for enterprise AI adoption

Because the platform sits within HashMicro’s ERP ecosystem, AI applications can make use of existing business data, user permissions, and system infrastructure without requiring extensive backend integration, helping organizations deploy new AI capabilities more quickly.

The company said the approach is intended to reduce the complexity that often slows enterprise AI adoption, particularly for businesses looking to modernize operations without replacing existing systems.

HashMicro develops AI-powered ERP and business management software covering finance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, human resources, customer relationship management, and other enterprise functions. The company said more than 3,000 organizations across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Australia use its platforms.
