RCBC ATM Go is expanding its community banking network through a new partnership with Raquel Pawnshop, bringing banking services to 154 branches nationwide. The collaboration strengthens RCBC’s agency banking footprint and gives more Filipinos easier access to essential financial services closer to their homes and workplaces.
Banking Services Now Available at Raquel Pawnshop
Under the partnership, RCBC ATM Go terminals will be deployed across Raquel Pawnshop’s nationwide branch network, allowing customers to perform various banking transactions without visiting a traditional bank branch.

Customers can access cash withdrawals, cash deposits, bills payment, remittance services, and other digital financial transactions through the terminals. Users of participating banks, digital banks, and e-wallets can also make QR Ph-enabled cash withdrawals by simply scanning a QR code at an ATM Go terminal.
The partnership agreement was signed by RCBC Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer Lito Villanueva and Raquel Pawnshop President and CEO Raquelita Rafa, together with executives from both organizations.
Supporting Financial Inclusion Across Communities
The expansion reinforces RCBC’s strategy of bringing banking services closer to underserved communities through its agency banking model.

According to RCBC, collaborations with community-based institutions such as pawnshops help accelerate financial inclusion by extending formal banking services beyond traditional bank branches. Raquel Pawnshop also said the partnership will create more meaningful financial opportunities for the communities it serves.
RCBC ATM Go is already available across all 82 provinces in the Philippines, using a dual-SIM mobile point-of-sale network that enables banking services even in areas with limited access to conventional banking infrastructure.
Expanding RCBC’s Digital Banking Ecosystem
The Raquel Pawnshop partnership follows RCBC’s recent expansion of ATM Go through another pawnshop collaboration with Tambunting Pawnshop, further growing its community banking network. The bank has also leveraged satellite connectivity to extend ATM Go services into geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas.
Today, RCBC ATM Go remains one of the bank’s key digital banking initiatives alongside RCBC Pulz and RCBC DiskarTech, supporting its broader goal of expanding financial inclusion through technology-driven banking services.
As more banking transactions move closer to where Filipinos live and work, agency banking partnerships such as this are expected to improve access to digital financial services while reducing the need for customers to travel to physical bank branches.
