Thirteen Taiwanese green technology companies will showcase renewable energy, sustainable building, water treatment and other solutions in Manila this month as Taiwan seeks to deepen business ties with Philippine companies.
The Taiwan International Trade Administration (TITA), together with the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), will bring the companies to the Green & Innovation Showcase at Taiwan Expo 2026, which will run from September 17 to 19 at the SMX Convention Center Manila.
The showcase is designed to give Philippine companies direct access to Taiwanese technologies across four areas: renewable energy and power infrastructure, sustainable building materials, eco-friendly industrial and consumer solutions, and advanced water treatment.

Beyond the exhibition, the organizers will facilitate targeted business-to-business (B2B) matching sessions between the Taiwanese exhibitors and Philippine stakeholders, including major corporations, government offices, corporate venture capital firms and real estate companies.
The initiative is aimed at creating opportunities for cross-border partnerships and accelerating the adoption of green technologies in both markets.
Among the 13 Taiwanese companies participating are Shihlin Electric & Engineering Corporation, DaHe International Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Jiedeng International Co., Ltd., Champion Building Materials Co., Ltd., Super Battery Co., Ltd., Fortune Electric Co., Ltd., and hiPower Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd.
The participating companies also include Aireco Co., Ltd., Richten Energy Co., LTD., Smart Power System Co., Ltd., Cutes Corporation, Tin Jet Technology Co., Ltd., and Wonder Grenner Co., Ltd.
The showcase comes as businesses and governments across the region look for technologies that can support energy transition, resource efficiency and more sustainable industrial operations.
Taiwan, Japan and Philippines eye deeper business ties
Alongside the Green & Innovation Showcase, TITA and TAITRA will host the Taiwan–Japan–Philippines Business Cooperation Forum, bringing together corporate decision-makers, government representatives, investors and system integrators.
The forum will focus on identifying partnership opportunities among companies and organizations from Taiwan, Japan and the Philippines, particularly around technology and industrial collaboration.
Speakers will include Vincent Huang, vice president of the Philippine Representative Office of Shihlin Electric & Engineering Corporation, and Steven Huang, head of the Battery Technology Business Unit at Fortune Electric Co., Ltd.
The forum and showcase form part of Taiwan Expo 2026, implemented by TITA and co-implemented by TAITRA.
The Green & Innovation Showcase will be open to visitors from September 17 to 19, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, at the SMX Convention Center Manila.
Established in 1969 under Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, TITA oversees the country’s trade policies, promotion and operations. TAITRA, established in 1970, is Taiwan’s premier nonprofit trade promotion organization and works with the government and business sector to help Taiwanese companies expand into international markets.
