UNOBank Inc. shifts to new CRM System, vows to offer concierge-like onboarding process

Customers of UNOBank Inc. will soon be able to experience a smooth, fast, secure, and concierge-like onboarding process once its transition to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system gets underway.

UNO Digital Bank will power up its CRM system with BUSINESSNEXT’s AI-powered solutions, CRMNEXT and COLLECTIONSNEXT

In a press release, the digital bank announced that it will now be utilizing BUSINESSNEXT, one of the world’s leading responsive composable banking platforms by Acidaes Solutions Pvt. Ltd., to power its customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

UNOBank Inc. has also chosen its CRMNEXT and COLLECTIONSNEXT solutions to deliver end-to-end sales automation. The 2 artificial intelligence (AI)-driven solutions are expected to offer the bank’s relationship managers with timely insights so they can quickly authorize transactions and resolve issues, if and when they arise.
