Metrobank achieved an impressive 65% BankQuality Score, as measured by the respondents’ feedback on the bank’s reliable services, competitive loan products, and responsive customer support. Many respondents of this survey among finance institutions also noted Metrobank’s excellent service reliability and strong presence through its extensive network of branches and ATMs across the country.
