Earlier this week, ALLIANZ PNB Life Insurance Inc. announced that it had installed “Life Track Station” (LTS) kiosks at Philippine National Bank (PNB) locations where customers can inquire about insurance products and even make purchases, eventually.

In a press statement, Gino Riola, Chief Marketing Officer of Allianz PNB Life, said, “The LTS will serve as a physical reminder to PNB’s consumers of the significance of protection and health.”

“We want to make sure that all PNB clients are made aware of Allianz’s life-changing insurance options through the LTS because both companies share the same customer-centric ethos,” he added.

Allianz PNB Life was established in 2016 after the financial services firm, with headquarters in Munich, Germany, successfully acquired a 51% share in PNB Life Insurance Inc., a PNB life insurance subsidiary.

A 5-year insurance solution against critical sickness and disability

“The LTS’s debut is a milestone for us… it’s a symbol of our joint commitment to the customer, that we will hold the customer’s hand, and side by side, we will look at their financial future and help them create, accumulate, protect, and distribute their wealth,” said Christopher Cabognason, Chief Distribution Officer of Allianz PNB Life, in a press statement,

“We will stand by them and let them know if they are on the correct course,” Cabognason added, as he described the firm’s support in terms of prosperity, health planning, and insurance planning.

One of the insurance products that customers can obtain at the LTS, according to Cabognason, is a 5-year insurance solution with renewable terms that offer life insurance coverages with protection against critical sickness, accident, and disability.

Additionally, those who are interested in any of Allianz PNB Life’s insurance products can also engage with financial consultants.

Protecting the future of Filipinos

According to Alexander Grenz, President and CEO of Allianz PNB Life, the Life Track Stations (LTS) stand for two things:

“The first is that Allianz PNB Life and PNB have an excellent working partnership, which has allowed us to reach such achievements in the last few years even during the challenges of the epidemic. We succeed together because we have the same goal of protecting the future of Filipinos.

“The second,” Grenz added, “is how we prioritize serving our customers.”

For her part, Adelia Joson, Head of PNB’s Retail Banking Sector, said, “I think this launch is actually a testimonial to the never-ending innovations and activities that Allianz PNB Life has been embarking on through the years along with PNB.”
