Etiqa’s gadget insurance provides a ‘much-needed service’ for mobile-dependent Filipinos

Etiqa Philippines’ innovative gadget insurance has once again proven its excellence after being hailed as “Insurtech Initiative of the Year” at the just-concluded Insurance Asia Awards 2023.

As a pioneering product, Gadget Protection was Etiqa’s first venture into embedded insurance with a major e-commerce platform and was made in partnership with Igloo, a digital insurance provider.

Etiqa’s insuretech product first earned the nod from the famed International Finance Awards (IFA) as the Best Insuretech Initiative in the Philippines for 2022.

To make it even more convenient and purely digital, clients can purchase phone protection plans, view their policies, and file claims right through the app.
