AXA Phils. dominates 2025 awards for innovation, employee engagement, and travel insurance

AXA Philippines, one of the country’s leading insurance providers, capped 2025 with a series of high-profile awards recognizing its innovations in digital insurance, corporate governance, employee wellness, and travel protection.

The insurer claimed accolades from both local and international organizations, including the Global Insurance Innovation Awards 2025, Golden Arrow Awards 2025, 16th Asia CEO Awards 2025, Tripzilla Excellence Awards 2025, Marketech APAC’s NEXT Awards 2025, Great Place to Work® Certification, and the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista Best Employers in the Philippines list.

Celebrating a Silver win at the 2025 NEXT Awards! AXA Philippines’ #GoBigWithAXASmartTraveller campaign is recognized for innovation in PR.

At the Global Insurance Innovation Awards 2025, AXA Philippines received honors for Excellence in Digital Innovation and Best Mobile Insurance App, highlighting its platforms SWITCH and EMMA by AXA PH.

SWITCH streamlines the distributor journey through real-time updates and automated workflows, while EMMA empowers customers with easier policy access, secure payments, and digital support — features that resonate with the growing demand for fintech-enabled insurance solutions in the Philippines.

In the travel segment, the insurer’s #GoBigWithAXASmartTraveller campaign earned a Silver Award for Most Innovative Public Relations Campaign at the Marketech APAC NEXT Awards 2025.

The campaign, coupled with the insurance provider’s Smart Traveller’s consecutive recognition as Best Travel Insurance (Single Trip) at the Tripzilla Excellence Awards, underscores the company’s commitment to enabling Filipino travelers to plan confidently while protecting their journeys.

The Golden Arrow Awards 2025 and Institute of Corporate Directors’ One Golden Arrow distinction celebrated the insurance provider’s strong corporate governance practices.

The recognition, based on the Annual Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), reaffirms the insurer’s commitment to ethical operations, risk management, and stakeholder value creation.

The 16th Asia CEO Awards 2025 highlighted AXA Philippines for its standout wellness and CSR efforts, selecting the Awesome AXA program and AXA Hearts in Action as Circle of Excellence finalists.

The insurance provider also made its mark in corporate social responsibility and employee wellness. The 16th Asia CEO Awards 2025 selected the company as a Circle of Excellence finalist for Wellness Company of the Year with its Awesome AXA program, and CSR Company of the Year for “AXA Hearts in Action.”

Launched in 2024, the hearts in action program focuses on holistic employee wellness, while Hearts in Action encompasses initiatives such as AXA Forest in Laguna, AXA Clean Water Project, and financial literacy workshops, highlighting the company’s commitment to community impact.
