Pito AxM Platform Inc. (PAPI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Seven Bank and PSC, aims to cover more than 3,000 7-Eleven stores nationwide by the end of 2023.

The partnership has so far deployed 2,500 ATMs nationwide after completing installation at the 7-Eleven Avida Atria Tower 1, Donato Ave., Mandurriao in Iloilo City.

PSC president and CEO Jose Victor Paterno said the partnership is a step closer to fulfilling its mission to bring modern convenience.

“The installation of the 2,500th ATM represents a major milestone, and we take great pride in being at the forefront of providing accessible financial services. We thank Seven Bank for the fast rollout of its ATMs in our stores and remain confident that our stores are the most viable location for its pioneering and innovative cash recyclers,” Paterno said.

Paterno said the deployment of more ATMs nationwide continues to improve customer experience.

“At 7-Eleven, we understand that convenience extends beyond satisfying immediate needs. Our vision is to create an ecosystem where customers can access essential services effortlessly, and the addition of ATMs has been a pivotal step in realizing this goal,” he added

In February 2020, PSC and PAPI joined forces to establish a partnership aimed at installing, operating, and maintaining ATMs at 7-Eleven stores throughout the Philippines.

Demonstrating their dedication to innovation, these ATMs are designed as cash-recyclers, which take cash deposits from 7-Eleven stores, for the public to withdraw.

Moreover, each ATM boasts a distinctive functionality that seamlessly adapts its interface to match the customer’s bank, ensuring familiarity and convenience for users.

With this, 7-Eleven solidifies its position as the leader in the convenience store space constantly innovating to meet the evolving needs of its customers.

As with the other existing ATMs at 7-Eleven, cardholders of Sy-led BDO Unibank Inc. and state-run Land Bank of the Philippines still enjoy zero transaction fees.
